Datuk Haji Kamaruddin bin Awang
Datuk Kamaruddin, 57, is a Chartered Accountant with an illustrious career in the financial sector.
He has worked in the New Zealand civil service, Citibank Athens and Standard Chartered Bank London.
In Malaysia, Datuk Kamaruddin held various roles in Bank Bumiputra Malaysia Berhad, raising through the ranks from a financial analyst to Deputy CEO of Bank of Commerce (M) Berhad.
Upon retirement in 1994, he has been providing financial consultancy services in the banking and finance industry and has sat on the board of directors as Chairman and Director of several public listed companiyes, including Metacorp Berhad, ACPI Berhad and Trenergy Berhad. He current sit on the board as Director of Inch Kenneth Kajang Rubber plc, which is listed on the stock exchanges of Kuala Lumpur, Singapore and London.
Currently, Datuk Kamaruddin is also an audit committee member of a television company and Chairman of TI Care Sdn Bhd, a state-owned corporation.

Vincent is a chartered accountant by training.
Prior to Ntech, he was in the Head of Group Corporate Finance at the largest privately held conglomerate in Malaysia, where he is involved in corporate restructuring and developed an investment properties consortium under Malaysian and US corporate law with total assets of USD 120 million.
He started his career with global accounting firm KPMG, specialising in Mergers and Acquisition in various industry ranging from Takaful to Technology services.
Vincent is a qualified chartered accountant with CPA Australia.
Jaime has over 30 years’ experience as a successful entrepreneur with a proven ability to delegate, inspire and lead while looking at the bigger picture to create and deliver strategies which achieve business goals.
With a diverse range of experience in industries ranging from IT and telecommunications to food and beverage, hospitality and agriculture to Green Tech, he is well placed to advise start-ups and early stage endeavours, on corporate structuring, Intellectual Property Strategies, investment capital sourcing as well as business & success coaching.
Jaime has founded over a 16 start-up ventures, which have operated on 3 continents and assumed the positions of Chief Executive Officer, Managing Director, Executive Director and Chairman.
He is currently the Executive Chairman of ilipa Ventures Ltd, founder of Jaime Alexander luxury furniture and Executive Director in the NASDAQ OTC listed Company, USVR.
GERARD M. PILLAI has more than 20 years of industry experience working for Global Multinational Consulting Organization, Coopers & Lybrand (now PriceWaterhouseCoopers), United Nations Development Fund (UNDP) funded Inter Governmental Organization in addition to advising technology companies from start up to growth stages, including overseeing Mergers & Acquisitions by Global Brands and IPOs.
He is a past Councilor of PIKOM (The National ICT Association of Malaysia), a member of Technopreneur Association of Malaysia(TeAM), past panelist for MDeC (Malaysian Digital Economy Corporation) committees, Evaluator for Government Committees, Panelist for SIRIM, HRDF Committees among other appointments. He graduated with a BA(Hons) Accounting & Finance (Liverpool, United Kingdom) and MBA (International Management) (Australia) in 1993 and 2001 respectively. He has in the past, also been appointed as a Judge for the HSBC Young IT Entrepreneur Awards (YITEA) and has been an active Judge for the coveted MSC-APICTA regional ICT Awards.
In 1999, he was accepted as a Professional member of the Institute of Internal Auditors Malaysia. He is a member of the Institute of Marketing Malaysia (IMM), Malaysian Association of Facility Management (MAFM) and Associate of the Institute of Asset Management, UK, In addition, Gerard is also a member of the Malaysian Finance Association, an Associate member of the Malaysian Association of Certified Coaches and a member of the Malaysia Australia Business Council. He was the Consulting Chief Operating Officer for a currently listed entity on the ACE Market.
He has actively been appointed as a Business Coach and Mentor for organizations from diverse industry verticals and has extended his services and experience to countries such as India, Bangladesh, South Korea, Hong Kong, Sri Lanka, Philippines and others. Mr Pillai has also been invited to speak at many Universities and Institutes of Higher Learning around the country on topics such as Entrepreneurship, Management and Career Paths.
He is currently pursuing his Doctorate in Business Administration at a leading University.
